Do you deliver all over Pakistan?

Yes, we provide nationwide delivery across all cities, towns, and rural areas in Pakistan through trusted courier services.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery usually takes 2 to 5 working days depending on your location. Remote areas may take slightly longer due to courier routes.

What are your shipping charges?

Our shipping charges are based on weight:
Under 0.5 KG: Rs. 250
0.5 – 1 KG: Rs. 300
1 – 3 KG: Rs. 500
3 – 5 KG: Rs. 650
5 – 7 KG: Rs. 800
7 – 10 KG: Rs. 1000

Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes, Cash on Delivery is available across Pakistan for most products.

Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect. You must report the issue within 48 hours of receiving your order.

How do I request a return or refund?

You can contact our support team with your order details and proof of issue (images or videos). Once approved, we will guide you through the return process.

Are all products original?

What if I receive the wrong item?

Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?

Orders can only be changed or canceled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Do you provide warranty on products?

Warranty depends on the product type. Some items may include supplier warranty, while consumable or wear-and-tear items do not include warranty.
