Once an order is placed, our team carefully processes and prepares it for shipment. Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days, although processing times may vary during high-demand periods, public holidays, or special promotions. After dispatch, delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier service availability.

We deliver all over Pakistan and work with trusted courier partners to ensure secure and timely deliveries. Customers are encouraged to provide accurate shipping information, including a valid address and contact number, to avoid delays or delivery issues.

Shipping charges are calculated based on the weight of the order to ensure fair and transparent pricing. Our standard shipping rates are as follows:

For parcels under 0.5 KG, the shipping cost is Rs. 250. Orders weighing between 0.5 KG and 1 KG are charged Rs. 300. Parcels between 1 KG and 3 KG have a shipping cost of Rs. 500. Orders weighing between 3 KG and 5 KG are charged Rs. 650. For parcels weighing between 5 KG and 7 KG, the shipping cost is Rs. 800, while shipments between 7 KG and 10 KG are charged Rs. 1000.

Please note that delivery timelines may vary for remote areas, villages, or regions with limited courier access. Unexpected delays caused by weather conditions, public holidays, strikes, or courier operational issues may also affect delivery schedules.

Once your order has been shipped, our team may provide tracking details where applicable so you can monitor your shipment status.
