Returned items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received. Any item that shows signs of use, installation, or physical damage caused by the customer may not be eligible for return or refund.

Refunds are processed only after the returned product is received and inspected. If approved, refunds will be issued through the original payment method or alternative methods as discussed with the customer. Processing time for refunds may vary depending on the payment method and banking system.

In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer a replacement product of equal value, depending on product availability and customer preference.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error from our side, such as sending the wrong or defective item.
